I was skinny growing up, and skinny during middle school, but when high school and collage came around, I gained a lot of weight. I've noticed I'm passed the point where I want to be now, and have been actively looking for ways to get thinner. I want that beach body that everyone has, and I feel disgusted going out in a bikini. I've looked up ways to get thinner, and the results seem unanimous. I must loose weight by running and working out. Working out is something I can put up with, but running isn't something I usually like to do. I never have. Because I'm fat, I'd like to get a treadmill because that way I can stay inside where its always workout weather, and not feel like I'm being judged. Only problem is I don't have too much money for an expensive five thousand dollar treadmill. Excersising is going to become an everyday part of my life, so I want to get a platforma that will help me burn fat most efficiently. I've been looking around on the web and have found a few sites that not only offer opinions on treadmills, but give advice on running, exercise, fitness, motivation, and other things. One place I came across is stationarymile. They offer all of this in a way that can be understood and followed easily.

So when deciding which treadmill I want, I need to consider a few things. First, how much weight it can support. Because I'm not too fat, most options should be fine, but I need something with a bit more weight capacity just in case, and one with a running track that is probably 60" at least, because I am really tall. Another thing to consider is the warranty. My friends who are into marathons say to just get out there and start running, but that is more difficult for me, since I am overweight. I know I have to burn calories, but I just learned that in order to lose weight, I must eat less calories than I burn. So essentially, I have to eat 3000 calories a day, but burn 4000 if I want to burn fat. I am going to try to run with music and see if that keeps me motivated. The site recommended I listen to certain types of music, and I plan on following their advice, because it should keep me motivated to stay in it.

So if any of you read this, don't think poorly of me, I am just a poor little sod who wants to lose weight. I was bullied in high school and college for being fat, so running and exercising is my solution. What machines do you guys use to run? What do you trust, and are there any brands that you would recommend? Thanks guys and happy running.
